This role places a strong emphasis on client communication, strategic claim evaluation, and pre-litigation advocacy. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring clients receive timely care, personalized support, and optimal case outcomes.

Duties:

• Hold consultations with clients to gain insight into their legal matters and build trust

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding case developments

• Interface with insurance providers to discuss claims, settlement offers, and case status

• Prepare and review documentation related to client matters

• Strategically evaluate legal claims and determine case value

• Collaborate closely with internal legal teams to ensure seamless case management

• Uphold professional standards while maintaining a compassionate and client-first approach

• Navigate and respond to evolving case dynamics with a proactive mindset

Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia Bar, or actively seeking admission

• Prior experience in personal injury, insurance negotiations, or related claims handling

• Demonstrated strength in assessing and valuing legal claims

• Proficient in drafting and verbal negotiation tactics

• Strong interpersonal abilities and emotional intelligence when engaging with clients

• Driven, solution-focused, and able to work both independently and in team environments

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Georgia Bar membership (or ability to obtain promptly)
