The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties

  • Support structured finance and securitization transactions, including asset-based lending matters.
  • Draft and review transaction-related documents, such as loan agreements, security agreements, and other legal documentation.
  • Conduct legal research and provide practical solutions to complex legal issues.
  • Assist senior attorneys in high-value, complex transactions.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Prepare and review client presentations, memoranda, and reports.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, or asset-based lending.
  • Experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of application.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction of application.
