Job Overview:

The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters, with a focus on commercial and defense litigation. This role requires a proactive approach to casework, effective communication with clients and colleagues, and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on case progress and legal strategy
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and solutions
• Assist with trial preparation and courtroom presentations
• Maintain organized case files and documentation
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and case law

Requirements:

• 4+ years of civil litigation experience
• Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Admission to the Idaho State Bar, or ability to waive in
• Experience in commercial and defense litigation preferred

Education:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:
