Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft a variety of legal documents
• Represent clients in court and during negotiations, primarily within Clark and Cowlitz Counties
• Collaborate with a team of four attorneys and additional staff on diverse legal matters
• Direct and work alongside an experienced paralegal team to ensure proper file management and compliance with firm standards
• Cover cases for colleagues when needed
• Provide compassionate legal support during emotionally challenging times for clients

Requirements:

• Active membership in the Washington State Bar (or in the process of obtaining)
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong self-motivation and ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting
• Ability to manage and prioritize a full caseload effectively

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Washington State Bar Membership (Required)
