Senior Transactional Attorney

Cleveland office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior transactional attorney with 10 years of experience working with complex corporate transactions, including contract drafting, mergers and acquisitions, and general business counseling. The candidate should have an Ohio Bar license. Must have some portable business that can bring to firms practice. Experience maintaining the confidentiality of information is required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The candidate should have a strong network of portable businesses and be ready to hit the ground running. Must be self-motivated and have an inquisitive drive to analyze information and data. Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively and explain legal concepts to non-legal individuals. Highly collaborative, flexible, and tenacious are required. An organized multi-tasking master is needed. Must have fantastic project management and problem-solving skills. Should be a reliable teammate willing to help others and adapt well when there is ambiguity.
