Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload of complex civil litigation cases from start to finish.

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, pleadings, motions, and contracts.

• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.

• Develop and implement effective case strategies while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Mentor and guide junior attorneys and legal staff.

• Collaborate with partners and colleagues to ensure the successful resolution of cases.

• Stay up-to-date with developments in relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in California.

• A minimum of 7 years of civil litigation experience, preferably with a focus on personal injury, school/government liability, business litigation, real estate, or employment law.

• Strong trial experience with the ability to manage complex cases independently.

• Excellent legal writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Dedication to exceptional client service and professional ethics.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in California.
