Duties:

• Collaborate with partners on various legal matters, assisting in managing a diverse caseload.
• Draft and prepare civil pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research to support case development and strategy.
• Participate in depositions and make court appearances as necessary.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and provide updates on case progress.
• Demonstrate superior organizational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate legal concepts clearly.
• Proven organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Valid Bar license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills:

• Proficient in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
• Experience with depositions and court appearances.
