Duties:

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in estate planning, probate, or elder law (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in legal drafting and document preparation related to estate planning and probate law.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a caseload efficiently.
  • Ability to handle client relationships professionally and with empathy.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality legal services.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • License to practice law in the state of Michigan.
