A well-established law firm is seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Level Litigation Attorney to join its team. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished litigator with strong analytical and communication skills, ready to handle complex commercial litigation, including federal cases.

Location:
Ardmore, PA 

Duties:

  • Develop claims and defenses based on the facts presented in commercial litigation matters.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to strategize and determine case direction.
  • Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
  • Advocate for clients in negotiations and in court proceedings.
  • Conduct and prepare for depositions and manage discovery disputes.
  • Negotiate settlements and work towards favorable resolutions for clients.
  • Handle diverse, challenging cases, often involving national and federal legal issues.
  • Manage a reasonable caseload, ensuring high-quality and efficient work.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial litigation; federal litigation experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify key issues and develop effective strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle complex cases and deliver results under pressure.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to litigation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage case files independently while coordinating with team members.
  • A strong sense of professionalism and integrity when representing clients.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active member in good standing with the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills:

  • Commercial litigation experience (federal experience preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent written communication and legal drafting abilities.
  • Effective oral communication and negotiation skills.
