Ideal candidates will have the expertise to manage complex legal matters, foster client relationships, and contribute to the firm’s growth across core practice areas such as Corporate, Litigation, and Trusts & Estates.

Duties

  • Lead and manage legal matters in Corporate, Litigation, and Trusts & Estates practices.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to support business development.
  • Collaborate with partners and other teams to deliver strategic and innovative legal solutions.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Actively participate in firm-wide initiatives and contribute to long-term strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in one or more of the firm's core practice areas (Corporate, Litigation, Trusts & Estates).
  • Proven business development and client relationship management skills.
  • Leadership experience, including managing teams and collaborating across practice areas.
  • Strong client-service orientation with a strategic, solutions-driven approach.
  • Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the bar of at least one jurisdiction where the position is based.
