Location:

Duties:

  • Represent clients in civil litigation matters involving a range of legal issues, including construction law, employment law, property damage, and more.
  • Provide legal counsel and representation for both plaintiffs and defendants across different legal domains.
  • Manage your own caseload with the option to refer cases to other attorneys within the firm for cross-practice collaboration.
  • Participate in business development efforts, including cross-selling services to existing clients and generating new client referrals.
  • Utilize advanced technology and firm resources to create legal work-product efficiently, both remotely and in-office.
  • Support firm-wide initiatives for collaboration, sharing legal insights, and maximizing client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on one or more of the following: construction law, home improvement disputes, employment law, debt collection, property damage claims, and zoning issues.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and legal drafting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload from start to finish.
  • Experience with technology-driven legal practice, including cloud-based file management and billing software.
  • Proven track record of handling complex litigation matters and working in a collaborative legal environment.
  • Ability to manage client relationships and cross-sell services to meet their diverse legal needs.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active and valid bar license in Pennsylvania.

Skills:

  • Expertise in civil litigation and dispute resolution.
  • Proficiency with legal research tools, case management software, and cloud-based systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a hybrid remote and in-office workload.
  • Client-focused approach with an emphasis on relationship-building and business development.
