Personal Injury Associate Attorney

A law firm in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a dedicated and skilled Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for personal injury law and a strong background in litigation. Job Details:

• Represent clients in personal injury litigation, including handling cases from initial consultation through trial.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
• Prepare and present cases in court, including depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and engage in mediation or arbitration as necessary.
• Maintain detailed case files and manage client communications effectively.
• Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and relevant legal developments.

Requirements:

• Florida Bar admission is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in personal injury litigation, either defense or plaintiff.
• Strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of personal injury litigation experience (defense or plaintiff).
