Duties

• Assist senior attorneys with employment and commercial litigation, including:
  • Employment disputes (e.g., non-compete, trade secrets, breach of contract, minority shareholder disputes)
  • Business torts and related litigation
• Provide legal advice and drafting services related to employment law, such as:
  • Employment contracts, restrictive covenants, separation agreements
  • Bonus and commission plans
  • Employee handbooks
• Opportunity for exposure to:

  • Business transactions and real estate matters
• Conduct thorough legal research, draft memoranda, and support litigation efforts

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota
• 3-7 years of experience in employment law and commercial litigation
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in Minnesota, in good standing with the State Bar
