Job Overview:

The Finance Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling transactions in energy transition finance, including financing and M&A of projects and companies. The role emphasizes tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization matters. It requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Job Duties:

  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, and third parties.
  • Produce accurate and timely work products, including legal documents and correspondence.
  • Meet deadlines and expectations while adhering to firm policies and practices.
  • Foster positive relationships within the firm and with external parties.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • Admitted to practice law in California.
  • 3 years of experience in energy transition finance matters.
