Job Overview: A law firm seeks an organized and personable Associate Attorney to join their team in Auburn, CA. Duties:

  • Collaborate directly with clients on trust administration, ensuring deadlines are met and necessary filings are completed.
  • Manage legal research and draft a variety of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and briefs.
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients in legal matters and disputes.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on trust administration and other estate planning matters.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, as required.
  • Attend client meetings, and legal conferences, and collaborate with other attorneys.
  • Assist with legal administrative tasks, ensuring files are organized and maintained.
  • Utilize legal research databases such as Lexis-Nexis for research and case preparation.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the state of California.
  • Strong research and writing skills, with experience using legal research databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for legal matters.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently and efficiently.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
