Job Overview: A prestigious law firm, seeks an experienced transactional attorney to join a dynamic Corporate Practice Group in North Carolina. Duties:

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, research, and writing skills
  • Active North Carolina law license

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active bar membership in North Carolina

  • Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
  • Experience in M&A transactions and corporate governance
  • Ability to handle a range of transactions across various industries
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory practices related to corporate transactions
