Location:

Duties:

  • Manage and oversee various infrastructure-related legal matters.
  • Provide legal counsel on issues related to construction, real estate, public contracts, and transportation regulatory law.
  • Collaborate with a team to deliver innovative legal solutions for large public civil works projects.
  • Take ownership of significant projects and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Meet the firm's annual billable hours target, including pro bono work.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in construction law, public contract law, or related fields.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong team collaboration and leadership abilities.
  • Admission to the state bar in the office location.
  • Willingness to take on significant responsibilities and demonstrate ownership of projects.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the state bar in the office location is required.

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in construction law, real estate law, public contracts, and related infrastructure legal areas.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Background in engineering, construction, or project finance is advantageous.
