Corporate/Commercial Lawyer

Markham office of our client seeks a corporate/commercial lawyer with 3 years of experience with a reputable Ontario law firm. The candidate should be a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Speaking Mandarin fluently is beneficial. Some meaningful experience in corporate and commercial law or immigration law is required.

The candidate should have strong business acumen and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to manage a team and take on leadership roles. Being able to work with clients directly and with minimal direction is required.
