A law firm seeks an ambitious Associate Attorney to join its growing team in Huntersville, North Carolina. Duties:

  • Advise clients on bankruptcy and its impact on real estate transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to develop effective legal strategies.
  • Maintain case files, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Assist in all aspects of litigation preparation, including client interviews, witness preparation, and legal research.
  • Participate in settlement negotiations and hearings.

Requirements:

  • Admission to the North Carolina State Bar is required.
  • Experience in real estate, foreclosure, title, and bankruptcy law is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Energetic and motivated with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Valid Attorney Bar License in North Carolina (required).
