Duties

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in premises liability and/or personal injury law

  • Strong command of Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence

  • Demonstrated success in court and a strong record of trial advocacy

  • Admitted and in good standing with the Alabama State Bar

  • Effective legal writing and oral advocacy skills

  • Ability to independently manage cases while working within a collaborative team setting

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
