A law firm in Lincoln, NE, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Family Law Attorney to proactively manage family law cases, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the practice. The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctorate, a valid license to practice law in Nebraska, and a proven track record of successful litigation in family law.

Job Duties:

• Proactively manage family law cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and effective representation.
• Provide superior customer service to clients, including the regular issuance of monthly status reports and conducting weekly case reviews.
• Collaborate with practice managers to identify and recommend improvements to enhance overall efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Utilize practice quality software to manage and track performance metrics, demonstrating accomplishments and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
• Successful completion of the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
• 3-6 years of litigation experience with a focus on family law.
• Experience as the first chair in family law cases.
• Valid license to practice law in the state of Nebraska.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
