Job Overview:
A law firm is seeking a dedicated and passionate Personal Injury Attorney to join its team in Charlotte, NC. This role focuses on advocating for clients during difficult times and requires a collaborative approach to developing customized legal strategies.

Location:
Charlotte, NC, USA (Full-Time)

Duties:

• Handle and develop strategies for personal injury cases.
• Work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for clients.
• Examine legal and medical data to assess insurance coverage and liability.
• Conduct legal research and guide clients through case preparations.
• Develop settlement brochures and arguments for case presentation.
• Ensure legal compliance regarding disbursements and settlement funds.
• Build relationships with community professionals to enhance brand recognition.
• Travel as required.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the North Carolina State Bar; additional state bar memberships are a plus.
• 0 to 3 years of experience handling personal injury cases in North Carolina.
• Litigation experience is preferred but not required.

Certifications:

• North Carolina State Bar License (required).
