Duties

• Manage written discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare and argue dispositive motions in court.
• Maintain organized case files and tracked deadlines effectively.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to handling cases.
• Ability to collaborate within a legal team and communicate effectively with clients.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
