Duties

  • Represent a wide range of healthcare clients, including hospitals, health systems, outpatient facilities, medical providers, and investors in the healthcare industry.
  • Engage in drafting, negotiating, and structuring contracts and agreements related to healthcare transactions.
  • Work on regulatory issues affecting healthcare providers, including HIPAA compliance, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, and accreditation requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address challenges related to competition, resource allocation, and evolving healthcare policies.
  • Assist clients in navigating the intricate landscape of healthcare regulations and advise on business strategies.
  • Research and analyze new laws, regulations, and policies affecting the healthcare sector.
  • Maintain client relationships through consistent communication and quality legal advice.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in health law, focusing on healthcare regulations and transactions.
    • Strong background advising healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinical laboratories, outpatient facilities, and investors in the healthcare space.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft and negotiate complex agreements.
    • Strong analytical and research abilities to address legal challenges in the healthcare field.

  • Licensing:
