Duties

  • Provide counsel on a broad range of traditional and alternative investment transactions for institutional clients.
  • Coordinate closely with other practice areas to deliver comprehensive services on complex investment transactions.
  • Manage and review detailed, extensive transaction documentation with accuracy and precision.
  • Lead negotiations and communications with clients and third parties to facilitate investment agreements.
  • Handle multiple ongoing projects with attention to detail and responsiveness.
  • Engage in pro bono initiatives, supporting the firm’s commitment to community service and public interest work.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-6 years in investment management, fund structuring, or a related legal discipline.
  • Licensing: JD from an ABA-accredited law school; active law license in good standing.
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities, document management, and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Strong client-service focus with polished negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team as well as independently.
