This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with high-level legal work, focusing on areas such as corporate trust, bond structures, asset securitizations, and representation of financial institutions.

Duties:

• Assist in the handling of corporate trust matters
• Work on corporate or municipal bond structures
• Engage in asset securitizations
• Provide representation for financial institutions acting in various agency roles
• Collaborate on cases involving bankruptcy law
• Support senior attorneys with case preparation, research, and drafting of legal documents
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic legal planning

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of legal experience in a relevant field
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment
• High level of motivation and self-management
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills
• Prior exposure to financial services law is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• An active member of a State Bar Association (MN bar membership preferred or ability to obtain it)
