Duties:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents related to business litigation matters.
• Propound and respond to written discovery.
• Take and defend depositions in various business and real estate disputes.
• Manage cases from inception through trial, providing regular updates to clients.
• Assume significant responsibility for case management, including strategic planning and client interactions.
• Handle high-exposure business, real estate, contract, and partnership disputes.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop and execute litigation strategies.

Requirements:

• Active membership in the California State Bar (Required).
• 1-3 years of experience practicing litigation in California.
• Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to take on significant responsibility and work independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle client-facing responsibilities with professionalism.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• California State Bar License (Required).
