Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in the state of Texas.
  • Background or prior experience in construction contracting, real estate transactions, public procurement, or business transactions.

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Public speaking experience (preferred).
