Duties:

• Provide dedicated legal representation to clients with personal injury claims.
• Assess and evaluate case facts for potential new clients.
• Oversee legal procedures and ensure adherence to internal protocols during clients' medical treatment.
• Negotiate settlements for personal injury claims and supervise the settlement disbursement process.
• Engage in leadership and case management responsibilities to maintain the integrity of the firm's operations.

Requirements:

• Active membership in the Arizona State Bar or pending Character & Fitness approval.
• Prior experience in plaintiff personal injury law is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to excel in high-volume caseloads.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
