A law firm in Denver is seeking a Partner-level Construction Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 8 years of construction litigation experience. The ideal candidate will possess experience in reviewing and advising on construction contracts and issues related to real property development, as well as a portable book of business.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in construction litigation matters.
  • Review and advise on construction contracts and issues related to real property development.
  • Manage all aspects of construction litigation cases from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex construction law issues.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
  • Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to develop effective case strategies.
  • Mentor junior attorneys and staff as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 8 years of construction litigation experience.
  • Admission to the Colorado Bar or eligibility for admission.
  • A portable book of business is preferred.
  • Admission to the Arizona, California, and/or Nevada Bar would be a plus.
