This position requires a seasoned professional with 8 years of experience in all stages of commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional research, writing, and communication abilities, and be licensed to practice law in the CA State Bar.

Duties:

• Manage and oversee complex commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Prepare and draft pleadings, discovery documents, motions, and trial briefs.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and decision-making.
• Advise clients on legal matters, risk management, and litigation strategies.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
•  Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and results.

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Proven expertise in drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Admitted to the State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
