Job Details

Duties

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft and prepare motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Participate in all aspects of discovery, including document review, preparation of discovery requests, and depositions.
• Manage client relationships and communication, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and development.
• Attend court proceedings and hearings as required.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
• 2-6 years of relevant experience in litigation, with a focus on class actions.
• Strong understanding of state and federal class action procedures.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.
