The candidate will create relationships with clients and guide them through the litigation process. Will work with clients and medical providers regarding medical treatment. Work with opposing counsel and the courts system. Research case law, statutes, jury verdicts, etc. Prepare Demands, Motions, Discovery, Disclosures, etc. Participate in Mediations, Depositions and Trial. Must possess strong written, analytical, and organizational skills (fluent in written and spoken English). Needles database experience is a plus.
