Lateral Associate Attorney needed for Hanover office

A law firm in Hanover, NH is seeking a motivated Lateral Associate Attorney with experience in commercial litigation. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional academic credentials, strong communication skills, and proficiency in handling various aspects of litigation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct and manage discovery, including taking and defending depositions and overseeing document review.

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school.

• 2+ years of experience in commercial litigation.
