Duties

  • Participate in high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and trial preparation.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients, demonstrating strong interpersonal and client service skills.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in litigation, with exposure to complex legal processes.
  • Licensure: Eligibility for or active Washington, DC, law license.
  • Clerkship: Judicial clerkship experience is preferred.

Education

  • Degree: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Academic Performance: Demonstrated excellence in academic performance is essential.

Certifications

  • Admission: Active admission to the bar in Washington, DC, or eligibility for admission.
