Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements.
  • Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on sensitive family law issues.
  • Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to manage cases efficiently.
  • Maintain regular client communication to ensure the highest level of service.
  • Develop legal strategies and negotiate settlements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law.
  • Active admission to the Colorado Bar.
  • Strong references attesting to legal expertise and professionalism.
  • Exceptional writing skills demonstrated through writing samples.
  • Excellent verbal communication and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.
