Securities Associate/Of Counsel - Investment Funds Group

A law firm seeks a talented securities attorney with over six years of experience handling structured securities offerings. This position focuses on commercial real estate law, particularly in finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. Duties:

• Represent a variety of public and private real estate entities, including REITs and institutional investors, in a range of transactions.
• Manage acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and complex financing arrangements for commercial real estate.
• Provide comprehensive legal guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Draft and analyze essential legal documents associated with real estate transactions.
• Offer strategic counsel based on strong business acumen and insight.
• Effectively manage multiple projects while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of six years of experience in managing structured securities offerings.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active attorney license in the jurisdiction of practice.
