Toledo office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an attorney with 4-5 years of commercial litigation experience. The candidate should be interested in supporting, maintaining, and expanding a diverse commercial litigation practice. Must have first-chair trial experience litigating and arbitrating cases involving breach of contract, UCC issues, business torts, and other business-related actions. Additional experience in matters involving construction, real estate, and land use will be preferred. Must be Licensed to practice law in Ohio. Additional licensure in Michigan will be preferred.

The candidate should have demonstrated the ability to handle commercial litigation and arbitration independently and with minimal supervision. A strong sense of service to clients and colleagues is required. Must have strong legal research and writing skills. The ability to handle multiple projects and priorities is needed. Must have self-awareness about strengths and weaknesses and a willingness to grow and learn. A strong sense of professionalism and work ethic is necessary. A high level of organization and attention to detail is required. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues. Should have the ability to work well in a team environment.
