  • Develop and deliver presentations and training materials for clients on employee benefits and executive compensation topics.

  • Foster and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and excellent client service.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in employee benefits law, including health and welfare plans and qualified plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex benefits issues and draft plan documents effectively.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar in Ohio.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of employee benefits and executive compensation law.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and drafting health and welfare and qualified plan documents.
  • Strong understanding of ERISA, HIPAA, and Internal Revenue Code requirements.
  • Ability to effectively manage client relationships and communicate complex legal concepts.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
