Duties

• Identify and assess legal issues in new cases

• Develop and communicate legal strategies through memos and advisory letters

• Assist in drafting business transaction documents and contracts
• Address legal inquiries from marketing and sales teams
• Contribute articles or blog posts covering recent legal developments
• Participate in client communications and support initiatives
