General Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team in Deerfield Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, a strong ability to perform legal research, and the capability to draft, review, and negotiate legal documents. This role requires a law degree from an accredited law school and a license to practice law in the State of Florida. Candidates with 0-3 years of litigation experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Conduct thorough legal research and effectively communicate the results.
• Analyze both federal and state laws and regulations to provide accurate legal advice.
• Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Develop case strategies and manage litigation projects from inception through resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting the practice.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and legal advice.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure cohesive and efficient case management.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
• Maintain excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Requirements:

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
• 0-3 years of litigation experience.
