  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare essential documents, including briefs, motions, and case filings.
  • Work collaboratively with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of cases.
  • Adapt legal strategies to evolving immigration laws and policies, engaging in continuous learning to stay current with legal changes.
  • Occasionally travel to represent clients and support the firm's expanding operations across different locations.
  • Utilize Spanish language skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and understanding.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active Bar membership and good standing with the State Bar (preference for Texas Bar).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration law.
  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is a plus.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar (preferred, with a focus on Texas).

Skills:

  • Strong client advocacy and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle complex legal cases with dedication and attention to detail.
  • High proficiency in case management and legal research.
  • Fluency in Spanish (preferred).
