Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of private equity legal experience, particularly in corporate transactions.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong academic credentials and demonstrated legal expertise.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects with attention to detail.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active Bar membership in good standing.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, or eligible to waive into the Pennsylvania Bar.
