Attorney needed for Toledo office

• Supervise support staff to ensure efficient case management

Requirements:

• Admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio
• 2-5 years of experience in plaintiff or defense personal injury practice
• Insurance defense and prior claims handling experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office required
• Knowledge of Needles case management software is advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Superior negotiation skills with the ability to perform well under pressure

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
