Duties:

  • Represent clients in insurance and bad faith litigation across California and other jurisdictions.
  • Provide comprehensive insurance coverage services tailored to client needs.
  • Manage all phases of litigation, including:
    • Drafting pleadings, briefs, and conducting legal research and analysis.
    • Motion practice, discovery processes, and managing depositions.
    • Alternative dispute resolution and trial preparation.
  • Deliver detailed liability analyses and develop litigation strategies specific to each case.
  • Conduct litigation proceedings in both state and federal courts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of solid litigation experience, including at least two years in insurance-related and bad faith cases.
  • Proven track record handling breach of contract, bad faith, and comprehensive insurance litigation from start to finish.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a professional setting.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution with strong academic credentials.

Certifications:

  • Active California Bar admission in good standing.

Skills:

  • Expertise in insurance and bad faith litigation, including trial preparation and discovery.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with an analytical approach to complex legal issues.
