Job Overview

An esteemed law firm is seeking a Junior Associate to join its Real Estate and Environmental Services Team. This role provides an opportunity to handle diverse environmental matters within a collaborative legal environment, focusing on regulatory compliance, litigation, transactional support, and policy advisement.

Duties

  • Provide legal counsel on environmental compliance, including site remediation, waste management, air emissions, wastewater discharges, and chemical regulations

  • Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda

  • Assist with transactional due diligence

Requirements
