This role involves reviewing title searches and recorded documents to deliver thorough and accurate title opinions. Ideal candidates will possess a strong legal background, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Must be barred in North Carolina, and being barred in South Carolina is highly preferred.

Duties:

  • Review and analyze title searches, recorded documents, trusts, estates, and corporate documents.
  • Provide certified title opinions to clients.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with legal standards and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with title insurance companies as necessary.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to the firm's ongoing success by maintaining high professional and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Active Bar license in North Carolina (South Carolina Bar license preferred).
  • Previous experience with title searches or title reviews.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • North Carolina State Bar License (South Carolina State Bar License is a plus).
