• Advise clients on managing domestic and foreign trademark portfolios.
• Provide guidance on complex trademark and copyright issues related to legal and business matters.
• Handle trademark enforcement matters, including litigation where applicable.
• Navigate U.S. Trademark Office processes to secure registrations for clients.
• Collaborate with other practice areas to offer comprehensive legal solutions to clients.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in trademark and copyright law.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Proven ability to collaborate with other practice areas to provide clients with comprehensive solutions.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and cases efficiently.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar (relevant jurisdiction).

Skills:

• Expertise in trademark and copyright law.
• Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other teams.
• Knowledge of U.S. Trademark Office procedures and international trademark registration processes.
