A law firm seeks a proficient securities attorney with over six years of experience managing structured securities offerings. This role requires a robust background in commercial real estate law, specifically in the areas of finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. The ideal candidate will excel in a collaborative environment, contributing significantly to a variety of legal projects.

Duties:

  • Represent a diverse array of public and private real estate clients, including REITs and institutional investors, in a wide range of transactions.
  • Manage complex transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and sophisticated financing for commercial real estate.
  • Provide comprehensive legal counsel to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and analyze critical legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Offer strategic insights based on sound business judgment and extensive legal knowledge.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of six years of experience managing structured securities offerings.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active attorney license in the jurisdiction of practice.

Skills:
