A law firm in Richmond, VA, is seeking an Attorney to assist the civil litigation and workers’ compensation practice group team. Virginia Bar admission is a mandatory requirement for this role.

Duties:

• Collaborate with the civil litigation and workers’ compensation practice group team.
• Assist in legal research, case analysis, and document preparation.
• Engage in client consultations and case management.
• Participate in court appearances and proceedings.
• Prepare and review legal documents, pleadings, and motions.

Requirements:
